QFN-DGJ-5F/20F/30F/50F/100F/200F freeze dryer, in situ freeze drying. It has changed the tedious operation of the past drying process, prevented material contamination, achieved automation of drying sublimation, and is suitable for pilot or small-scale production.
This model has partition heating and programmable functions, which can remember the freeze-drying curve and facilitate users to observe the freeze-drying process of materials.

• Pre freeze drying is carried out in situ, reducing the tedious operation of the drying process and achieving automation;

• Shelf temperature error ≤ 1 ℃, uniform drying effect;

• The shelf temperature can be adjusted, controlled, explored, tested, and produced using advanced technology;

• Due to the separate structure of the drying chamber and the cold trap, it has strong water capture ability and short drying time;

• Touch screen operation, PID control, display drying curve;

• It can store 20 programs, each with 36 segments. The freeze dryer can modify program parameters during operation and record the final drying curve;

• Square pallets are not easily deformed, easy to operate, and easy to clean;

• Configure an inflation valve that can be filled with dry inert gas;

• The drying room adopts high transparency, colorless and transparent organic glass doors, which can clearly observe the process of material changes during operation;
